Food Court Biweekly Event (Food Court)

  • November 4 | University Yard Grill
  • There were many burgers and sausages, fresh off the grill. Attendees can choose cheese and patties for the burgers they would like.
  • Score: 11.5/25
    • Food Court is ran by one law student. This event made it to this week’s highlight because the food was very delicious and grilled-on-the-site. The waiting time was kind of long, because more than expected people came. However, the wait time was definitely worth it.

GW Law Community Building Event (Dean of Students)

  • November 6 | University Yard
  • There were almost unlimited pizzas. There were also donuts, granola bars, fruits, chips, sparkling water, and liquor. It was amazing that this event caters the whole law school for three hours.
  • Score: 23.5/25
    • The high score comes from the vast amount of food and containers. There were a variety of food and it was easy to take some food for to go.

Luncheon Series for Footnotes

  • November 8 | SCC
  • The lunch was in stapled brownbags. There were chips and various sandwiches. The broccoli creamy soup was very nice.
  • Score: 17/25
    • There were enough brownbags for all attendees. The stapled brownbags made it easy for take-out. The soup also had containers for to-go.
