- It would be even better if the food tongs were not so brittle so that attendees did not have to touch the sandwiches to pick them up from the main trays.
Class of 2027 Recruiting Preview Reception (Career Development Office)
10/30, 17:00-19:00 | 1st Floor of Law School
The catering was fancy. Servers walked around with sides to offer. Liquor was unlimited. The menu included fried shrimp, tomato soup with cheesy sandwich, tacos, etc.
- Score: 22/25
- The nature of this event is a networking career fair, so the menu focused on providing bite-sized food to busy 1L students walking around to meet employers. This means that the plates were very small so it was easier to carry.
- However, for a foodie, this event is not the best occasion to enjoy the food. There were very few chairs and desks for dining, and the plates and utensils were reusable, so technically speaking the attendees had to eat while standing. Although this is the case, the food was definitely worth it.
